If you create an account (with your email address and a password), we store your name, email address, and a user ID so the app can save your tickets and remember your Pro status. If you use the app without signing in, we store your generated numbers only on your device.
Your information is used only to run app features: saving tickets, marking favorites, answering you in the AI agents, and unlocking Pro after a purchase. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
If you open one of the AI agents (Quantum Fortune Oracle, Probability Sage or Probability Advisor), your saved tickets (the numbers, favorite marks, the method used and any note you added) and the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI model provided through Base44, the platform this app runs on, so the agent can answer. The app asks for your permission before the first time anything is sent. If you never open an agent, nothing is sent to the AI.
Pro is bought in the mobile app. On iPhone and iPad the purchase is made through Apple In-App Purchase: Apple handles the payment, your card details are entered with Apple, and they are never seen, handled or stored by QuantumPick. We receive only Apple's confirmation that the purchase happened, which we check so we can unlock Pro on your account.
We do not take payments on this website. If you bought Pro earlier, we still hold an order reference so we can verify that purchase and restore your unlock.
QuantumPick runs on the Base44 platform, which hosts our data. Public lottery drawing data is fetched from the New York State open data API to seed the math experiments; no personal data is sent with those requests.
QuantumPick is free to use. Pro+AI is an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $9.99 per year, and it starts with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your store account when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for another year at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro+AI stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. On iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose QuantumPick, then Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose QuantumPick, then Cancel subscription. Settings inside this app links straight to both of those screens.
Refunds are handled by the store that billed you, Apple or Google, under that store's own policy. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your country; the price you are charged is always the one shown before you confirm. We may change the price for future renewal periods, and the store will tell you before that happens. QuantumPick is entertainment software: it does not predict lottery results and buying Pro+AI does not improve your odds. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this app, provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
QuantumPick is built on a platform that includes standard crash reporting and performance monitoring. If the app crashes or runs slowly, an automatic report is sent so the problem can be found and fixed. Those reports can include a device identifier, your device model and system version, and which screen you were on. They are not tied to your name or email, and they are never used to track you across other apps or websites.
You can delete your account and all of its data right in the app. Sign in, then tap the trash icon next to Logout in the top menu bar. Type "delete" to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your saved tickets, and your data, and it cannot be undone.
If you would rather not do it in the app, email support@doviapp.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it for you. We will remove your account and data the same way.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us (see "Delete your account" above). You can use the core generator without any account at all.
QuantumPick is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
